FRIDAY JANUARY 13 - SATURDAY JANUARY 14 Teaching and performing at the Pocono Dulcimer Club's 10th Annual Winter Dulcimer Fest at the Stroudsburg Wesleyan Church, 915 North Fifth St., Stroudsburg, PA, 18360. Classes offered at all levels. Other hammered dulcimer teachers include Marya Katz, Rich Carty, Heidi Cerrigione, and Dave Reber.
SUNDAY MARCH 4 Emerald Glen (Jody, Barbara Heitz, and Andrea Hoag) will perform as part of the Creative Cauldron's wonderful "Passport to the World" concert series. Location: ArtSpace, 410 South Maple Ave., Falls Church, VA 22046.

SUNDAY MARCH 11 Jody and fiddler Andrea Hoag will play for both morning services of "Land and Seasons," with music based on traditional American folk music. Location: Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3022 Woodlawn Ave., Falls Church, VA 22042. Services at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.

MONDAY APRIL 9 - MONDAY MAY 21 Spring hammered dulcimer group classes in Northern Virginia. Jody will teach a beginning class from 7:15 to 8:15 PM and an intermediate class from 8:45 to 9:45 PM. (Rental instruments available with advance notice.) Classes are held every Monday for seven weeks at Friendship United Methodist Church on Gallows Rd. in Falls Church. SUNDAY APRIL 22 - SATURDAY APRIL 28 Teaching and performing at Spring Augusta Music Week in Elkins, WV, on the Campus of Davis and Elkins College. Classes offered at all levels. Other hammered dulcimer teachers include Karen Ashbrook, Randy Marchany and Wes Chappell.
SUNDAY JULY 8 1:00 – 3:00 pm Jody will perform and present a program on the hammered dulcimer and its history at Green Spring Garden's Horticultural Center, followed by an old-fashioned English tea in the historic manor house! 4603 Green Spring Rd., Alexandria, VA 22312.
